What is a Project Manager?

If you are unable to be on site yourself, don’t speak Italian, or aren’t familiar with the building process and regulations in Italy, Treehouse project managers will act on your behalf during the restoration process. Our role is to always represent your interests. We work alongside you, assisting in every step of the renovation of your Italian property, from hiring competent and reputable builders and artisans to sourcing the most appropriate, even hard to find, interior finishes.

To ensure that the project stays on schedule and that your house is precisely as you require, Treehouse project managers are on site every day, coordinating and supervising all the various workers. We are regularly in touch with you, emailing pictures and in-depth progress reports, or phoning you for more immediate issues. This allows you to participate in the day to day developments, to take part in every decision, and to have control of the renovation of your house even if you are a thousand miles away.
