Property Care

...Under Construction...

Open-plan Farmhouse

With this traditional 1930’s farmhouse, the aim was to retain the open plan format
of the animal stalls and create a light modern living space.

Old Bakery

The challenge here was to retain the original features of an old bakery
and to make the animal stalls habitable. whilst masking some later additions.

Rustic Dwelling

A small rustic dwelling covered in ivy and built on rock. The task here was to adapt
the existing structure to create more living space without erasing its character and
to allow more light into the old animal stalls. The columns of the haybarn were
retained and traditional plaster was used to allow the house to breathe.

Mountain Retreat

For the eco-friendly owners of this house, tucked away in the mountains, low maintenance was key. They installed solar panels, insulated floors and a gravelled garden with rainwater irrigation system.

Centro Storico

The task here was to restore a house in the centro storico so the owners could enjoy
its roof terrace and stunning views year round. They respected the different ages of the
house keeping the original thirties floors and opening up spaces using traditional arches
and reclaimed materials.

Country House

A remote house at the foot of the mountains the project required extensive
excavation for services as well as very particular finishes such as custom windows,
traditional pointing, quartz concrete floors and hand-built fireplaces.

House by the Lake

The challenge here was to expose the original features of this village house and enhance the terrace (with lake and mountain views) and the entrance area.
