The Restoration Process

We meet with you and spend time at your property getting to know you and building up a detailed picture of what you want and what you don’t want.

Treehouse has a number of excellent architects and geometras whom we can vouch for. Once you are comfortable with your choice of architect or geometra we will brief them on the restoration plans and a budget is drawn up accordingly.

We will translate the budget presented by the architect or geometra, asking the tough questions on your behalf and where appropriate finding alternative quotes.

Once you’re happy with the budget and the plans, they will be submitted for planning permission.

Treehouse then draws up a schedule and follows the entire project. We are on site at your property every day during construction, taking pictures, providing progress reports and communicating with you via telephone and emails.

For on-site decisions requiring an immediate response we will contact you by phone, offering detailed advice and suggesting creative solutions.

If you have any concerns or want to make changes in the project, Treehouse is there to communicate directly and immediately with the architect and builders.

On completion of the project all work is signed off and approved by the architect or geometra.
