Who We Are

Treehouse are a bilingual husband and wife team who have been restoring properties in Le Marche since 2003. We live with our two daughters full time in Le Marche.

Dominic Gover studied Classics at Christ Church, Oxford, graduating in 1990. He worked for many years in television production, delivering large budget projects for National Geographic and The Discovery Channel. His love of architecture and design, as well as Italy, inspired him to buy and restore his home in Le Marche. Overseeing the renovations of numerous properties in Le Marche, he has since gathered together a team of dedicated artisans who can deliver excellent work on schedule. Dominic is fluent in English, Italian and French, and is a member of the Italian Sommeliers Association.

His wife, Catherine is originally from Boston, Massachusetts, and has spent more than fifteen years studying and working in Italy. In 2000 Catherine completed a Masters degree in Art Business at Sotheby’s Institute and later worked as a valuer in the insurance industry. Here she appraised the contents and rebuild costs of listed properties for high net worth clients throughout England, thereby gaining a thorough grounding in house construction, interior finishes and design. Catherine is fluent in English and Italian.
